Dave was born and raised on the North Shore and has specialised in the valuation of North Shore and Rodney real estate throughout his career since 2004. He now focuses on the valuation of Commercial and Industrial properties, together with Residential Developments. He has a broad range of experience from Market and Insurance Valuations and Rent Reviews, through to Compensation and Litigation work.
In his spare time Dave enjoys the gym and travelling the country fishing and diving.
