After being a director of a busy Auckland practice for 16 years, David relocated north of Auckland in early 2016 to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle near the coast. Returning to Auckland in 2017, David’s focus now lies with that city’s residential, lifestyle and coastal markets including key North Shore areas such as Northcote Point and Birkenhead Point.
David has many years valuation experience in the central Auckland market across a range of residential and commercial sectors including high value residential, compensation, litigation and leaky building disputes.
In his spare time David enjoys mountain biking and swimming and is actively involved with United North Piha Surf Club where he is a life member. David is also a member of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand.
