Jayna joined the NH Valuers team in April 2026. She is an experienced and well-regarded Auckland Registered Valuer working in the valuation industry for 17 years, since graduating from the University of Auckland. Over that time, she has developed a deep understanding of commercial property, mainly working across greater Auckland but also doing some work throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Jayna handles everything from local commercial assets to large scale portfolios with ease. She possesses a broad range of experience across the industrial, retail, office, childcare, medical and land asset valuations. Whether she’s working on mortgage security, financial reporting, insurance valuations, or rent reviews, her focus is always on giving clients the best evidence based, balanced advice possible.
When she’s not out in the field, Jayna is an avid traveller and loves catching up with her friends and family.
